Staying at Pullman Jakarta was a fantastic experience, especially given its prime location. Nestled near two of Jakarta's largest malls, Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, I had endless shopping and dining options just a short walk away.The hotel itself was modern and stylish, with spacious rooms that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. One of the best features was the easy access to Bundaran HI, a major landmark in Jakarta. It made exploring the city convenient, and I enjoyed leisurely strolls around the area. The proximity to the MRT and busway was also a huge plus, allowing me to navigate the city effortlessly.

The room was tidy, clean and carpeted. Not all hotels have carpeted room. Which this is one of the criteria we choose Pullman. The breakfast was varieties and delicious. The coffee super nice and the f&b staff have offered the coffee to be served, unlike some other places. I can still remember the tasty of french toast and baked bean with tomato sauce. The location are very strategic just opposite grand indonesia mall and other mall just a walking distance away. Opposite MRT station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The breakfast options are plentiful with a wide variety of types, and the taste is excellent. The service staff is also great. The location is in the heart of the city, but getting to the hotel lobby can be somewhat challenging due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area. This makes it difficult for drivers to find the entrance, and they may need to go around a few times.

I have stayed here few times since when it was known as Nikko Hotel. The hotel location is good and easy access to Plaza Indonesia.

Accommodation was great, but the service at The Back Room bar service was exceptional. The 4 nights I was there, they brilliant. Ajeng , indri , layza, and bobby were there to accommodate my friends, and I. I recommend people to visit The Back Room. The ambience is fantastic, and it is mostly created by the staff. I have only mentioned a few staff members, but all the young gentlemen who were serving were fantastic. It is a great place to relax.

We made our first booking for 15 and 16 October 2022 in a Premium Superior Double Room with City View and had no problems. Then we made the next booking for the 18th, 19th, and 20th of October 2022 and ordered the same type of room. When we checked out on October 17, we said that we would return on October 18, 19, and 20, 2022, and ordered the same room type with a city view. When we checked in, it was said that there were no rooms facing city view and that another would be given with the same type of room. We didn't want to accept it, then said that the room wasn't ready, meanwhile, it was around 4 pm. Finally waiting for about 15-20 minutes, we were moved to room 1 level higher, Deluxe King Room. With this decision, we are of course happy. Thank you to the Pullman hotel Thamrin Jakarta team, we will be back in 2023 and at the same time will be holding another exhibition using the Pullman hotel in Thamrin Jakarta.

Breakfast was great with a large selection of delicious food and attentive staff. Rooms are a little small in size but sufficient. Room service was fast.

The hotel was clean and overall pretty good. But the staff were the best part of the hotel in my opinion. They were all very kind and eager to help so it made my stay a little better. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Dinner buffet was also good and appreciated all the variety of food choices. Room was pretty small and you can feel its a little old but it was clean and well taken care of so I dont have any big complaints!
